As an African-American, I expect to be treated with respect in a beauty supply store. The staff here is too unprofessional, especially the wig girl. She kept recommending wigs I had no interest in. Awful place.

Love the value of the African American products here. I can count on Beauty and Beyond to be open when I have a hair emergency. Sometimes the staff can be a little unprofessional, but overall worth the drive.
