You'd really have to be looking to find this place. I walked in and someone trusted me with $20 to go get a couple packs of cigs for them. The bartender gave me double shots when I ordered singles. Cool people playing Wii in the back on…
Pros: Lots of personality. No rap music blasting. Tucked away Cons: Snobs wouldn't like it... wait, that's a Pro.

This place would be an absolute thumbs down. A better bet would be to go down to the local liquor store sit on the curb outside and drink from the bag.
